2. All purchases are executed and delivered by our suppliers or distributor.

3. All products are supplied directly by our suppliers or distributor. All offers Kookychoo lists through our website are subject to stock availability and by nature are strictly limited and exclusive. Kookychoo Ltd will not be held liable for the inability of any supplier to supply a product featured on our website.

4. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this site. By using this site you, the consumer, agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Kookychoo Ltd may in the future alter or amend the terms and conditions on this site so they are up to date and current. Any and all amendments and alterations will be effective immediately once update is made. If you, the consumer, continue to use this site after any update or amendment you are deemed to still agree and to be bound by the altered and amended terms and conditions.

6. Please be aware that Kookychoo electronically collects and holds for future reference information pertaining to any visitor to this website and any order placed, with the exception of customer credit card information. Kookychoo does not store any credit card information. Kookychoo does this:

· So we can advise our customers of any new offers that Kookychoo feels may interest them.

· For business reporting reasons such as analysis of the website, its effectiveness and to analyse product purchases or to fine tune offerings.

Kookychoo Ltd does not store data with regards to customer credit card information. To do this send Kookychoo Ltd an email request to this effect and your email will be actioned.

9. Please note that all prices on this site include GST and all suppliers and distributors are GST registered.

13. Kookychoo Ltd uses third party carriers for the transportation of all goods both nationally and internationally. If the carrier breaks or damages stock Kookychoo will refund payment in full but only after payment has been received from the Freight Company insurer.

14. Kookychoo Ltd is only liable for refunding the purchase price plus freight of any stock ordered.

15. The above listed rules form an agreement that is subject to and governed by the laws of New Zealand. Because of this the agreement is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

16. By using this website and ordering via the website or contacting us directly to place an order you are deemed to have read and agreed to all conditions listed here.

17. We are unable to take the Goods and Services Tax off purchases made on the Kookychoo Ltd website to international purchasers. We export our products internationally through a third party who is a specialist, reliable and secure logistics provider. This provider has terms and conditions regarding the use of their freight system and one such condition is that G.S.T. must be included in all purchases and is unable to be claimed/refunded, regardless of whether the product is being shipped in New Zealand or whether it is being shipped to an overseas destination outside of New Zealand.
