30 Day No Questions Returns Policy!

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase - no problem. Kookychoo will offer you an exchange voucher or refund provided that:

• You return the item within 30 days of purchase
• You produce a copy of the invoice from Kookychoo
  
• The item is in re-saleable condition including that: it is in it's original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories; it is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition; any sew-in labels are still attached.

If you need to return an item due to a (rare) manufacturing fault, please follow the procedure below.

Our returns procedure is as follows:

1. Contact us via email and we will email you the physical address to send the parcel to.
   
2. Print the returns form. A returns form is available here (click to open the pdf).
3. Fill out the details on the returns form
   
4. Once you have received the email from us with the returns address, send the parcel (and the returns form!)

Goods are returned to Kookychoo at your own expense, however if goods are faulty then we will credit you the cost of the postage.
